At MaxCopy Limited, we strive to provide high-quality printing services and products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refunds policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom printed materials (e.g., business cards, flyers, brochures, posters, etc.).

  • Digital files or services (e.g., graphic design work, file formatting, etc.).

  • Opened or used printer toners and parts.

  • Any item not in its original condition or missing parts due to customer handling.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email at [Your Email Address] with proof of purchase and images of the defective/damaged item.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

  • If a replacement is preferred instead of a refund, we will provide a reprint at no additional cost.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production has not started.

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

  • If an order is canceled after processing, a 15% cancellation fee may apply.

5. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective or incorrect item due to our mistake:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Provide a detailed description and photos of the issue.

  • We will offer a free reprint or a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only allowed for defective or incorrect items.

  • If an exchange is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product.

7. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [Your Email Address] with your order number, reason for return, and images (if applicable).

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions from our team.

  3. Ship the item back to us at the provided return address.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
