2. Orders & Payments

• Orders must be placed through our website, in-store, or via phone/email.
• Prices are listed in [Currency] and are subject to change without notice.
• Full payment is required before production begins.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, online payments, and in-store cash transactions.
• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.

3. Turnaround Time & Delivery

• Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of order and may vary.
• Rush orders may incur additional fees.
• We are not responsible for delays due to third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
• Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided upon checkout.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement unless production has started.
• Refunds or reprints are only issued for defective or incorrect items caused by our error.
• No refunds for customer errors (e.g., incorrect file uploads, misspellings, wrong specifications).

5. File Submission & Printing Quality

• Customers must provide high-resolution files in accepted formats (PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc.).
• We are not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-quality file submissions.
• Color variations may occur due to differences in screen displays and printing processes.

6. Intellectual Property

• Customers must own or have permission to use all content submitted for printing.
• We do not print copyrighted, illegal, or offensive materials.
• MaxCopy Limited retains the right to refuse any print job at our discretion.

7. Warranty & Liability

• All printers, toners, and parts come with the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).
• We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the product or service provided.

8. Privacy Policy

• Customer information is used solely for order processing and communication.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
• Payment information is securely processed through trusted payment gateways.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
